NOOSH Decor Shipping Policy

Important Notice

Free shipping is not a guaranteed service. All delivery times are estimates only. NOOSH Decor is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, weather conditions, or acts of nature.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

Geographic Coverage

  • U.S. Domestic Only - No international shipping
  • Excludes: U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes for large items
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional surcharges apply, extended delivery times

Eligible Items

  • In-stock items only - Custom orders ship separately with extended timeframes
  • Dangerous goods restrictions - Certain items cannot ship expedited (includes aerosols, batteries, and flammable materials)

Processing Times

Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST: Processed same business day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST: Processed next business day
  • Weekend orders: Processed by close of business Monday
  • Holiday orders: Processed next business day following holiday
  • Standard processing time: 24-48 hours for in-stock items
  • Processing excludes weekends and holidays

Custom/Made-to-Order Items

  • Processing time: 3-6 weeks plus shipping time
  • Customer notification provided for any delays
  • No expedited shipping available for custom items

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: FREE on orders $299+ / $19.99 on orders under $299
  • Eastern U.S.: 3-5 business days
  • Western U.S.: 5-8 business days
  • Large items (50+ lbs): Additional 2-4 business days
  • No weekend or holiday delivery

Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping is NOT available for:

  • Items over 50 pounds
  • Furniture and large decor items
  • Glass art and mirrors
  • Custom or made-to-order products

White Glove Delivery (Large Items Only)

  • Cost: Starting at $199.99
  • Delivery time: 2-4 weeks (appointment required)
  • Available for: Furniture, large chandeliers, mirrors over 36"
  • Includes: Inside delivery, unpacking, basic assembly only
  • Regions: Limited to Fresno, County CA.

Shipping Costs & Surcharges

Standard Rates

  • Orders under $299: $19.99 shipping
  • Orders $299+: FREE standard shipping
  • Large item surcharge (50+ lbs): Additional $49.99
  • Oversized item surcharge: Additional $79.99
  • Alaska/Hawaii: Additional $99.99

Special Handling Fees (Non-Negotiable)

  • Chandeliers and glass items: Additional $39.99 protective packaging
  • Mirrors over 24": Additional $49.99 specialized packaging
  • Multiple address shipping: $29.99 per additional address

Delivery Procedures

Standard Delivery Requirements

  • Signature required for all orders over $200
  • Delivery attempts: Maximum 2 attempts
  • Delivery hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Friday only
  • Customer must be present for signature items

Failed Delivery Protocol

  • First missed delivery: Redelivery attempted next business day
  • Second missed delivery: Package held at carrier facility for 5 business days
  • Unclaimed packages: Returned to NOOSH Decor after 5 days
  • Customer responsibility: $29.99 redelivery fee for each missed delivery

USPS Deliveries

  • Required for: PO boxes and military addresses only
  • Tracking limitation: Confirmation number verifies delivery only, not en-route tracking
  • Lost package policy: NOOSH Decor cannot guarantee replacement of lost USPS packages
  • Customer risk: USPS deliveries are at customer's own risk

Refused Shipments & Returns

Refused Package Policy

  • Non-delivery fee: Customer charged actual carrier fee (typically $25-75)
  • Fee charged to: Original payment method used at checkout
  • Refund reduction: Non-delivery fee subtracted from any refund or store credit
  • No exceptions for refused packages

Address Change Restrictions

  • Before processing: No charge if notified within 2 hours of order
  • After processing: $39.99 address change fee
  • After shipping: Customer pays all redelivery and address correction fees
  • Incorrect addresses: Customer responsible for all additional costs

Damage & Loss Claims

Damage Reporting Requirements

  • Time limit: Must report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Required documentation: Photos of damaged items AND packaging
  • Packaging retention: Keep all materials until claim resolved
  • Inspection required: Customer must be present during delivery for large items

Lost Package Claims

  • Waiting period: 7 business days past expected delivery before claims accepted
  • USPS limitation: No replacement guarantee for USPS shipments
  • Standard shipments: Replacement or refund at NOOSH Decor's discretion
  • Time limit: Claims must be filed within 15 days of expected delivery

Customer Responsibilities

Required Customer Actions

  • Provide complete, accurate shipping address (including apartment numbers)
  • Be available during delivery windows
  • Inspect packages immediately upon receipt
  • Report issues within specified timeframes
  • Arrange alternative recipient if unavailable

Customer Liability

  • Incorrect addresses: All additional shipping costs
  • Missed deliveries: Redelivery fees as charged by carrier
  • Refused packages: Non-delivery fees and return shipping
  • Late damage reports: Claims may be denied after 24-hour window

Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

Items Requiring White Glove Service if applicable within the delivery region

  • All furniture over 75 pounds
  • Chandeliers requiring assembly
  • Mirrors over 36 inches
  • Multi-piece furniture sets

Non-Shippable Items

  • Custom installation items
  • Oversized items exceeding carrier limits
  • Items requiring special permits or licensing

Peak Season Restrictions

  • November 15 - January 15: Add 2-3 business days to all delivery times
  • Holiday cutoff dates: Published on website (no exceptions)
  • No expedited processing during peak season

Policy Enforcement

Strict Policy Terms

  • All sales final regarding shipping terms
  • No exceptions to processing times or delivery schedules
  • Carrier delays: Not grounds for refunds or compensation
  • Weather delays: Not covered by any guarantees

Limitation of Liability

NOOSH Decor's liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. All shipping times are estimates only. This policy supersedes all previous shipping terms and may be updated without notice.

By placing an order, customers agree to all terms of this shipping policy.


This policy is effective immediately and applies to all orders. NOOSH Decor reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot meet these shipping requirements.
