Refund policy

All products that have been installed, wired, mounted, plumbed, or otherwise permanently affixed are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. No exceptions.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Noosh Decor before shipping.

General Rules

  1. Installation voids all claims. Any product installed, wired, mounted, plumbed, or permanently affixed is not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. No exceptions.
  2. RMA required. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the return package.
  3. Original packaging required. All parts, hardware, and accessories must be included. Missing components will result in refusal or additional deductions.
  4. Inspection before credit. All returns are inspected at the warehouse. Credit is issued only after inspection confirms all conditions are met.
  5. Refunds to original payment method only. No cash, store credit substitutions, or transfers.
  6. One return per order per category. Noosh Decor reserves the right to refuse repeat return requests.
  7. No liability for installation costs. Noosh Decor is not liable for labor, materials, or consequential damages including electrical work, mounting hardware, drywall, or contractor fees.

Missing Items

  • Window: 48 hours from delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours are not accepted.
  • How to report: Email info@nooshdecor.com with your order number and an itemized list of missing items.
  • Verification: Noosh Decor will verify against shipment records.
  • Not shipped: Replacement or full credit issued.
  • Shipped: A carrier claim is opened. Credit is issued after the claim is resolved.
  • Return shipping: Covered by Noosh Decor for valid claims.

Damaged in Transit

  • Window: 5 days from delivery. Claims submitted after 5 days are not accepted.
  • How to report: Email info@nooshdecor.com with your order number, photos of the damage, photos of the packaging, and a written description.
  • Packaging: Do not discard packaging before contacting Noosh Decor. Discarding packaging may void the claim.
  • Installation voids all damage claims. Damage must be reported before installation.
  • LTL/freight deliveries: Inspect at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. A clear delivery signature may disqualify the claim. File a separate claim with the freight carrier if applicable.
  • Valid claim: Full credit or replacement. Noosh Decor covers return shipping.
  • Invalid claim (not damaged): Credit issued minus return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Defective Products

  • Window: Within the warranty period. Default warranty is 1 year from delivery unless a different period is stated on the product listing.
  • How to report: Email info@nooshdecor.com with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and supporting photos or video.
  • Installation voids all defect claims. Defects must be reported before installation.
  • Review process: Noosh Decor may request additional information or troubleshooting steps before authorizing a return.
  • Valid claim with return required: Full credit or replacement. Noosh Decor covers return shipping.
  • Invalid claim with return required: Credit issued minus return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
  • No return required: In some cases, Noosh Decor may issue a credit or replacement without requiring the product to be returned. The customer may be asked to hold the product until the claim is fully resolved.
  • Not covered: Misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, and normal wear and tear.

Buyer's Remorse

  • Window: 30 days from delivery. Requests after 30 days are not accepted.
  • How to request: Email info@nooshdecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Installation voids all return claims. Items must be unaltered and in original condition.
  • Condition required: Unused, resalable, in original packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included.
  • Return shipping: Customer's responsibility. Item must ship within 14 days of the RMA issue date. RMA expires after 14 days.
  • Credit: Issued minus a 25% restocking fee.
  • Damaged, used, or incomplete returns: Will be refused. Item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or forfeited.
  • Original shipping charges: Non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@nooshdecor.com with your order number, reason for return, and all required photos or documentation.
  2. Noosh Decor reviews the request and issues an RMA number if approved.
  3. Ship the item with the RMA number written on the outside of the package to the address provided in the RMA.
  4. Credit or replacement is processed after receipt and inspection.
